Microsoft has admitted that they can not fix a recently discovered vunerability within NT4. They have issued patches for XP and 2000 but if you are running a NT4 Server with port 135 exposed to the network you are vulnerable. Microsoft has basically said it is to hard to fix the problem within the architecture of the current operating system.
