Seems people are running scared since Google sent out some trademark warning letters. They do have a right to protect their trademark but the reason Google has remained so popular is that many of these sites cause the Google mania to keep rising. They are sitting tight rope they must balance there needs to protect there trademark and also appease those of us out here that keep an eye on what Google is doing via the sites that promote Google.
But I hate the name game. If I started sending letters to all of those owners of domains that are similar to my BBS site I would get laughed out of town. The difference is Google can afford lawyers I can’t. [Google Village]
