Marriott is going to be rolling out WiFi in there hotels early this spring but rumors have it that pricing could be priced so that only the rich and famous could afford it. First 15 minutes $2.95 followed by .25 cents a minute. I read this and nearly fell out of my chair. The pricing should be more like $2.95 per day. I stay at Marriott hotels quite often but recently stayed at a Hampton Inn and they had broadband cable access free. The room was cheaper than Marriott and just as nice plus broadband. Guess I will need to change hotel brands from here on out. [The Register]
