In a commentary by Janis Ian with the LA Times this article strikes a home run. It is amazing that even half way intelligent people can understand the ramifications. I am not a singer by a long shot but if I record a foul sounding tune and people download that tune those that download that tune could be charged with a crime. Sound far-fetched read the commentary.
