Webcaster Win Large

As you all know I have been following the controversy surrounding the Copyright office rules put in place earlier this year that virtually assured that webcasters were going to be forced off the Net.

Yesterday Congress resolved the issue in a resounding way and small webcasters are jumping for joy. Basically small webcasters will pay a flat annual fee or a percentage of their revenues instead of the per-song rate.
