I am probably going to be attacked on this comment. But I have debated over the past several weeks if I was going to say anything about it. But being there is a bit of a technological twist to this I am going to go ahead.
There is something wrong when a man has the knowledge to create a weblog that has interesting content with very good grammar and punctuation to not be able to find a damn job.
Yet he has time he could be using job searching to utilize the public library system to read, write, design using creative process’s to post daily to his web log. I guess I should be thankful that a homeless man can get off the streets into the safety of a public library and use those resources to improve himself. Hopefully he will be able to utilize that knowledge gained and go find a job.
Some of us probably have not been to the library in years. I tell ya it’s a whole new ball game. My wife comes home recently and tells me lets watch one of these DVD’s I picked up. I said sure grabbed one looked at it and low and behold it says Hawaii State Library. I was amazed she had checked out a newly release DVD. I think I need to go down and see what the libraries are offering now.
I have been employed continuously solitary for the last 23 years and pay my taxes. Went thru a divorce and learned the art of stretching every penny. I recovered, re-married and bust my ass every day. This guy has to quit whining about his anti-social problems. Geez if you can expose your soul in a weblog you can work with other people.
