Databases Helped catch the Sniper

I like technology criminals hate technology. 30 years ago if this sniper would have been on the loose the police organizations would have had there hands full. The recent case in DC showed that the authorities had a major problem on there hands and were able to make arrest almost soley on the databases that store the mundane every day information that we are required to give out.
