There is no way I can describe it but the quote in the next paragraph is all about the RIAA trying to take there battle to the next level. What scares me is you will have managers and CEO’s that do not have a clue, that will respond and implement policies that are ill written and have serious consenquences for offenders. I personally would never consider swapping music files at work but I can see where people that do not have a high speed connection at home may be inclined to do so.
