I really did not want to read the article although it does not surprise me. The RIAA has or did consider taking individual MP3 file traders to court. Wired has the full story. My suspicion is that it is only going to get worse. [Source Wired Full Story]

by the way, if it is not clear from the email, i am advocating a complete and permanent boycott of the RIAA and a complete shift to p2p file trading networks.
