I have noticed as eBay has grown and become the most popular place to sell our stuff on the net that they are giving big companies an unfair advantage by prominently featuring their brand-name wares, creating tough competition for the millions of regular folks who made eBay successful.
CNN Reports that customers are complaining and some were able to face off with eBay executives. Customer service is lousy. The search engine is weak. Pop-up ads are deplorable. [CNN]
