Ergomotion Keyboard by Smartfish Technologies is the perfect for those fighting carpel tunnel syndrome. This keyboard continuously adjust so that your hands do not stay in the same exact position. The movement is very subtle over a 30 minute period and what I like is that you can actually set the range of motion so that you do not end up in a weird and uncomfortable position.
