In my personal opinion it seems the RIAA continued filing of lawsuits is simply a lost cause. They have done nothing but to anger hundreds of thousands of consumers. The arrogance of their lawyers to try and force people to settle out of court by writing big checks to them in my opinion is as close to extortion as one can get.
