I gave a presentation at a University last week, and it went ok at the end I talked to a gentleman who helps companies find Angel funding. He indicated he liked some of the visions I imparted. We had a nice informal chat, and even though at the bottom of my heart I know I need to go find some form of funding, to do the things that need to be done, I hardly have time to breath. The business plan is in my head but I don’t have a week to sit down and write it out, but I have no choice but to move forward at all expense.
So the question I have been asking myself as I slave day, and night to punch the initiatives I have started into the stratosphere is that I really need to put together a smart team of people who I can say here is what is locked up in my head, get it on paper and like kirk says on star track “make it so”, so as new business owner I am finding out first hand what it means to burn the candle at both ends.
Many of you have been down this road, and I hate to say I am at the point now were the cart is way ahead of the horse. So if you are looking for work or if you want to join my team full or part time I need your resumes.
Simple requirements be motivated, self starter, can think way outside the box, have practical in the trenches experience and most important as much drive or more as me. I have no time for hand holding so you must be able to think on your feet and willing to make executive decisions that wont get you fired.
