According to Bill Gates, MP3-capable cell phones are going to replace the iPod as the player of choice. I see where he’s coming from, but unfortunately I have the constant need to disagree with everything Bill Gates says. Especially this comment:
“You can make parallels with computers: Apple was very strong in this field before, with its Macintosh and its graphics user interface — like the iPod today — and then lost its position,” Gates said.
Hey, Bill – heard of the “Halo Effect” lately? Apple’s market share is growing, so don’t count them out yet.[CNN Money]
