It is obvious that no matter the technology and no matter that the technology is being used legally by many of us the Music and Movie industry want to smash anything that can be constructed as a P2P network. It will not be long before they start making e-mail and portable hard-drives illegal after all you could be sharing musis Person to Person that way.
