If my parents could have tracked me as I was running around when I was younger they probably would have had a heart attack. Teenagers and Young Adults will do what they do it is part of life. One cannot always hover over there kids like a mother hen. You can already track where your kids are going in the car, now it is possible to track them while they are on foot so long as there cell phone is on.
It is being marketed as a safety device but the teens being forced to carry the phone are pissed. [BBC News]
