Bulletin Board System worldwide celebrated a 25 year anniversary of the hobby. My personal BBS did not come on the scene until 1988 and by then the the scene had exploded. But to honor the 25th year of BBS’ing I want to honor the 2 that created a hobby that I have enjoyed from the first time I logged into a system in 1986. History of the 1st BBS Thru the years I have had some really ugly boxes usually shells put together with lots of non standard equipment to make it all work the first BBS was no exception.
