Cnet is claiming FM products made a big hit at the CES show. I only heard about 1 FM product so I am not so sure the advent of the Microsoft watch is really going to be a big hit. Thus I could not disagree more with their assertion. It’s hard enough to read stuff on a cell phone who wants to read stuff besides time on your watch.
Now if they are going to use that technology in some other devices besides a watch and I don’t have to go out a spend a bunch of money they may be on to something. This is not new technology some failed pager technology used the signal in the past and it had limitations due to Radio Stations not being able to add more transmitters and Antennas [Cnet]
