A bunch of people are having a pretty bad day. First of all 160,000 DSL customers are about to be migrated to other providers and 400 DirectTV employee’s got the can. Sounds to me like the Scrooge is coming early. No immediate word on why but it always boils down to dollars. [Broadband Reports]

Okay you hackers! The gateways from Telocity (Directv internet) is ours to keep, but the bastards refuse to release the secret access information to reprogram the modem.
The IP address of the modem is 10.5.1.2/admin
Anyone know how to get past this?
