Bodymedia tracks your health

If you want to keep track of exercise and health then you may want to check out Bodymedia. The company makes wearable body monitors that will help a person track almost anything.

At the Consumer Electronics Show Bodymedia showed off new products, including an arm band with multiple sensors that can track activity, skin temperature and heat flow. The device can upload the data to a web site or to an Android or iOS device. In addition to the arm band, the device also comes in bracelet form for the fashion-conscious. Battery life is estimated at ten days.
