YouTube to Allow Terrorist Videos?

First let me say this, I spent 24 years in the Military serving in harms way to protect the constitution of the United States. The right to bear arms and the right to free assembly and free speech I feel very strongly about.

While I personally do not agree with some people’s opinions, the simple fact that as Americans we have those rights is critical to us as a country to uphold. I was very proud to have served to protect those rights, while at the same time did my very best to reduce or eliminate foreign threats that could induce harm on my children, family, neighbor, and my country.

So when I learned today that YouTube has declined to remove the majority of foreign terrorist videos it really made me think It makes me really wonder what has to happen within the culture of a company to allow the promotion of terrorism?

While others may feel differently and that is your right. It does disturbs me greatly that YouTube will allow terrorist organizations a platform to spread their hate, propaganda and other vile material to include videos of Improvised Explosive Devices used against our troops.

While I do not support their decision, I do understand they have a right to allow the material.  One thing is for sure, they want the traffic to sell advertising and the money they earn on those videos is simply blood money so maybe they can donate that money to some veteran association.

The driving factor in their decision is greed and not good old fashioned patriotism.
