Think Secret has released some additional information about the iWeb application a part of the iLife application suite. There is word of a built in ftp client to allow users not using a dot mac account to gain full featured use and ease of iWeb. Also said to be in the works is the ability to manage and add content to your pages without even being on a Mac. This is a great feature for someone who has a blog and is on the go often and needs access to their site. It seems to me that Apple might be looking towards the blogging and social route of the internet. It is still early to say exactly what it will be. If all goes well this could be a step forward for Apple in the web-content industry. Up until iLife 06 Apple did not offer a simple website creator for the Mac.
