What’s worse than having a PR Person?

It’s a PR person that does not know a companies products.

In an amazing e-mail exchange Jon Udell shows us how disconnected PR people are. I have recently seen some incidents where the PR office did not know what the marketing office was doing. I was given some embargoed content by marketing and then a week later when the PR folks found out that marketing had given people embargoed content they asked that we not publish the info.
