I have a 1.6 gig hard drive that sits on my shelf here at the house that cost me a cool $1000.00 nearly 10 years ago, it’s their as a reminder to myself to not get in to much of a hurry when buying the latest and greatest gadgets.
Now here I am reading a article about a drive that is 800 Gigs. The question is when will I be able to buy a cool terabyte for under $500.00 lets see how long it takes to break that barrier. If I were a betting man it will be less than 18 months from now.
