Seems the MPAA’s war on DVD Piracy is being lost. The MPAA is saying that they have found over 150,000 movie pirate sites in the last year. The quality of video has increased to the point that unless the DVD video is analyzed it is almost impossible to tell the difference in quality.
Competition is fierce among the groups that are pirating DVD’s to see who can releases new movies first. It is only going to get worse as technology moves ahead. [LA Times]
