I have not mail-ordered anything in years because I have been able to buy merchandise on-line without paying state sales tax on items purchased out of state. Well it seems Congress may be back-tracking on pushing thru the permanent ban which would suck and give the states enough time to ram legislation thru we will see how it all washes out. [eWeek]
