SCO’s lawyers admissions that it want’s to invalidate Open Source and the Linux GPL has raised my eyebrows and has the attention of the entire computing world.
I personally think that the desperation they are showing shows that the dynamics of software licensing is about to change. Obviously corporations do not want to have to spend millions of dollars to licesne software and are looking at the open source market. It is obvious SCO is clammering away in a attempt to survive.
