Geek’s need to stay Healthy too

This article is for the Guys, If you all are not pushing yourselves away from the keyboard 3-4 times a week and getting that heart rate up you may not live to be old enough to enjoy all of those geek toys that you have been purchasing. I hate doing the PT thing but force myself to get to the gym and get a decent workout in 4 times a week.
