Finding Shopping Gems

I am your typical male I head to the store rush in and find what I am looking for grab it make my purchase and out the door. Hawaii’s tech shopping is limited to a handful of national branded stores along with some mom and pop shops. I do a lot of shopping on-line. But yesterday my wife scored a home run. She is not the most savvy tech shopper but she can smell out great deals 20 miles away.

She mentioned that she had seen of all things a pop up ad on a Hawaiian site that was advertising a shop that dealt in damaged goods etc. Well I being the obligatory husband drove around in this industrial area for about 45 minutes to find this place. I was about to give up and she spotted a little 1ft by 1ft sign and says there it is.

Well I walked into this place and she said wow and I said WOW before my eyes was a warehouse full of everything from mouthwash to high end computer servers. I could not believe it. Get this I spent the next 4 hours digging through everything they had. Talk about deals. I left with a car load and among some of the deals were box damaged new scanners for 5 bucks a piece. A couple of dented computer cases and a whole lot more. I am scared to tell anyone about this place. It was Cash and Carry and obviously had been in business a long time as we where of about 20 people inside. I was asking several patrons how they found out about the business and most of them had the same experience we did.

If your coming to Hawaii or live in Hawaii and want directions I will provide them on a case by case basis. But I am going back next week with my big van and filling it up. Obvious question, no the goods are not stolen but I see a trend and have a pretty good idea which stores they get the merchandise from.
