The feds love to seize boats, cars, houses etc from drug dealers. Well it turns out if you have a Domain Name that is involved in illegal activity, as some bong re-sellers found not only did they go to jail but also their domain names were seized. A site that sold illegal mod card was also seized.
So you never know until it is to late that when you are buying something you know is questionable that the transaction data may end up in the hands of a agency you would rather not have that information.
I just wonder if they make spam illegal will they seize those domains also? [AP News on Yahoo]
