British phone company Sendo filed a lawsuit against Microsoft it contains some very heavy language that will keep the lawyers in Redmond on the payroll. It seems Sendo is not very happy with having had shared trade secrets with Microsoft.
I do know as a independent software alpha/beta tester that I have had to sign some very serious Non Disclosure Agreements when dealing with other companies proprietary software code and hardware. If these allegations prove true it could be a start to and expensive year for Microsoft. [The Register]
