It was only a matter of time. As we reported on in an earlier story 321 Studios Sued the MPAA in order to try and facilitate a pre-emptive lawsuit to prove there software does not violate the DMCA. The MPAA had initially said that they would not sue the company but they have now filed suit against the company saying the DVD X Copy program violates the anti copying laws. [PCWorld]
