Wikipedia Nazi’s

All I can say is there are some major asses on the Wikipedia Every single thing that I have added has either been edited or deleted. It’s comical it really is as I was going to add my small part in the popularization of podcasting everything starts getting whacked immediately by someone that I have never heard of before. It is obvious as Dave Winer has said that the history of podcasting is being shaped by a group that have agendas. In only 2 days I have become frustrated enough that I am not going to ever go back to the website. Certain areas of the site have turned into a love fest for certain individuals it’s sickening.

But you know what it’s ok, because the listeners and the podcasters that were around in the beginning know the truth. In fact I have something better than the Wikipedia I have the first chapter of my book and it may not be perfect in all details but it as darn close as I could get it!

I will be putting my Bio up on this website as they removed my Bio as well.

  1. I was just blocked within an hour by a 16-year old putz who probably needs his mother to drive him to his after-school McDonalds job.

  2. WAAAAAAA I can’t write what I want and get people to accept it. WAAAAAAA. What a Cry baby.

Oh and your book, I predict it will be as big a hit as your bio changes have been.

    WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  3. Not to be a putz…especially since you don’t link to the history pages so we could judge and be outraged ourselves…but that’s how Wikipedia works – the collective edits – so one person’s changes, especially on hot topics, rarely stand unedited.

Also, they have fairly tight guidelines about bios – you need to have sold an awful lot of books to get in as an author. There are too many “vanity” entries (NOT saying yours is/was one – just that there is a reason for the guidelines).
