When I was approached by GoDaddy.com three months ago, and was informed of their desire to become the sponsor of the Geek News Central Podcast I proceeded with earnest. This was based on several observations I had, along with the simple fact that when I had some real concerns earlier in the year over some server issues, the corporate leaders listened and made specific changes company to address those concerns. Never before had I company react and listen to a individuals specific issue.
So I was not in the least bit surprised, to see today that they have pledged some major dollars towards for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. This is the essence of being a good corporate citizen.
