Apple will not sue Cnet, WSJ, Slashdot because they have money!

You know I was pretty upset earlier in the year and continue to not be happy with the way Apple handled themselves in suing two webloggers who kept reporting juicy tidbits before Apple announced them.

So here we see Cnet confirming on Friday June 3rd that Apple was going to use Intel chips, 3 days before the official announcement that confirmed, the start of a thread that was on Robert Scobles site from Slashdot on May 23rd and noted here, I took some heat and skepticism from the Apple community on that post, but it turned out WSJ, Slashdot, Robert Scoble and Cnet were dead on.

Yet here it is Tuesday and Apple has not sent the lawyers to file a suit against Cnet or any of the other parties that caught wind of this, and here is the reason why. Cnet and most of these other groups minus the individual bloggers have deep pockets, and lawyers. Their is nothing like showing your true colors. I am not the only one watching their actions check out what [Dan Gillmor] has to say!
