Robert Scoble is sitting is at the Syndicate Conference session and is scratching his head a little he wonders why Dave Winer was not going to be allowed to mention his sponsor when the session he is sitting now is just one big advertisement for the speakers company.
God I hate conferences like that, and I tell you when the ol Geek here goes to Gnomedex if all the people are doing is talking about their companies, themselves and their solutions I am going to be pissed. [Scoble]
Sure we go to conferences to grin and grip but to be a truly useful conference, I want to leave smarter than I arrived and the only way to do that is have breakout sessions that are on topic and not a 45 minute infomercial.
