Migrated Server at GoDaddy

I have to hand it to GoDaddy I woke up this morning ready to the server being offline which I moaned about initially, but it seems they were migrating my account over to new box. So we had a about 2 hours of downtime. But no fear we are back up. I think we may have lost 1-2 postings but no biggie..

Needless to say the folks over at GoDaddy have gotten much better. I called support, was on hold 2-3 minutes the front line tech could not figure out what the deal was kicked me to the next level immediately, and then t new tech stayed on the line and when he determined it might be one of the boxes being migrated said he would call me back. Twenty-two minutes later he did just that… Folks that is how customer service is supposed to work… Vast Vast Improvement over 2 months ago and I mean a vast improvement. I am glad to see that team over their have been working hard to make customer service priority #1 [GoDaddy]
