I normally do not link to very many health articles, but after literally smashing my L1 vertebrae in June and still dealing with the recovery from that injury and the new hardware in my back I read a lot of articles on Spinal Cord research.
For those of you that are new here the link to what happened is here. With the announcement last week from overseas about the success they have had with stem cell research and this new news on the research front their is small possibility that new treatments are on the horizon. It’s a hard problem to fix but I am glad they are making progress. [Slashdot]
