Anyone that has a basic understanding about science understand that the Earth’s rotation around the sun is not perfect and ever now and then a leap second has to be added. Well it seems since 1999 the Earth has arrived on time scientist can’t quite understand why. But hey if the old mother ship is getting better Gas Mileage I am not going to complain. [NY Times]
