A loophole or no, this guy stands to make a killing on one of the most novel ideas I’ve ever seen. The experiment is to resell a music track bought from the Apple iTunes Music Store on eBay. This is a test of the end user’s rights in regards to digital property.
I personally hope this guys is allowed to resell and Apple not only makes it easy for him, but also doesn’t get in trouble themselves…
