Want to fly then expect your background to be checked. If this can keep me out of the damn wand line and get me through check-in faster I am all for it. I am sure though a bunch of people are not going to like this. I am also sure that it will end up in court. But the Airlines are private companies and have to comply with federal laws but like a restaurant that has a sign that says shoes and shirt required you may see a sign that says federal background check required before boarding. This will be hard to be enforced on foreign inbound flights. So I am sure we are going to here a lot more about this before it’s over. [Wired]
