The Human mind is capable of a lot but ever get weirded out when you start talking about the Universe. The size is unfathomable yet in the 2-Men In Black movies they wanted us to realize that the size of a Universe is only as large or small as out perceptions. You can twist that reality a lot in show business.
Real scientist are trying to figure this whole Universe thing out. I bet they all go to bed with headaches and probably get to observe some pretty amazing stuff. Heck I get excited when I get to use a decent telescope for the evening.

When you get stressed out take a walk outside and look at the stars as it will help your brain :)
