SCO going for the Juggler

SCO has kicked up the litigation process buy suing IBM seeking to halt AIX sales of which amounted for 3.6 billion dollars of IBM sales last year in Servers and Software. On top of that SCO is demanding that companies that own forfeit their licenses.

IBM has deep pockets and this is going to be in court a long long time. I personally think that SCO has failed to innovate and while the Linux crowd continues to move forward they have not. Along with the fact that SCO believes IBM released some of SCO’s source code to the Linux Kernel. [CNet]
