I had to laugh California legislators actually think they are going to be able to impose a $500.00 fine per each Spam mail rcvd. Now I tell you what folks if they think they can enforce this let alone collect the money it will be the California Spam Rush as everyone will move to California.
Lets see turn off all filters and bill everyone that sends me Spam every day that would equal about $10,000 per day in salary. Hmmmm That sounds good. Come on now seriously folks the only way to kill Spam is thru technology. Some Spam king in Korea isn’t going to care about such a law. [LA Times]
