Wow I sure wish this tracking technology would have been available about 10 years ago. As I may have been compelled to put one of these devices on one of my cars. It was one of those points in my life when I would have probably paid anything for accurate information on where that vehicle was going from time to time.
Well technology is such that some people are tracking there spouses with a GPS tracking device. The legal ramifications are not fully known so if you are at that point in your life that you need such a device it may be wise to consult your lawyer before doing this. [Wired]
There are good things be done with GPS Tracking technology everything from getting directions to a location from the point you are currently at too summon police or ambulances to your location.
Police are getting in on the action also by leaving baited cars and utilizing the information to strike fear into car theft rings.
