I was one of the early purchasers of this program. My worry was that the MPAA or the RIAA would file suit to halt it’s shipment. I have it hot in my hands but now surprisingly 321Studios has filed suit against the people we expected to attack the program, in a pre-emptive lawsuit. They wish to validate that you and I have the right to copy works we have purchased under fair use rights laws.
I applaud them and wish them the best on the suit. About time someone has had the guts to fight back. [SF Gate]
