The days of Fair use could be forver gone if studio’s get all that they ask for. They have become engrossed in assuring that there products are protected from copyright infringment. They have went to congress for even more legislation.
In my opinion take care of the hardware you have today as there goal is to force manufactures to program into hardware copyright protection mechanisms. Great article today on this over at [SiliconValley.com]
