I have been a reader of Lockergnome Newsletters for quite sometime and the newsletters that Chris Pirillo and his gang put out are great.
Anyway I have had one machine that has historically caused me grief when using the CD-Drive. Yesterdays issue of the Windows Daily had a link to a Microsoft Support article that is surprisingly good on tracking own those CD problems that sometimes turn out to be something other than what they appear.
