I like to keep organized. I have run outlook for a number of years and have nearly 3000 messages archived that I have deemed important enough to keep. Sometimes though I want archive a hard copy of a message with the way outlook is it can be a pain. This software tool solves that and allows you to extracts Outlook email messages into single files that are named according to the subject of the message.
