C.Crane is famous for their radios. I remember being introduced to C. Crane years ago when I Art Bell used to be on the Radio. I found out that C. Crane has a lot more than radios these days.
They have introduced a new LED Light-bulb which gives you 60 Watts of brightness while only using 8 watts of power. While the price of $119.95 is quite high if you need a lot of light and not use much power this is a great solution. They have a variety of LED lights available on there website.
While we were exploring the floor at CES we came across a company called BigC, and what first appeared as a novelty item we quickly realized that BigC had a USB powered Microscope that was capable of 10x-200x while this does not seem like a lot that is plenty of amplification for electronic circuit examination.
The folks at BigC also say that doctors are using these devices our MD Cameraman Andy was examining his eyeball with it and thought it would work pretty well.

Meade Telescopes are well known in the Astronomy community and much of the challenge for amateur astronomers is getting a telescope aligned. The folks at Meade have developed a telescope that aligns itself.
This is accomplished through the utilization of CCD imager that has been added to the telescope which is able to find two new stars. Once aligned the telescope can align to over 100,000 stars that it has in it’s internal database. It also has audio content that will act as a astronomer on board to help you understand what your looking at.
The unit cost around $1299.00 which is a great price considering what is included. Astronomy used to cost a lot more.

Logicube is well known for disk duplication for small businesses and enterprises. Jeffrey Powers takes a few minutes with the folks from Logicube to see what is new in the disk duplication space.
The folks at Foxit are well known for there PDF products. At CES 2009 they where introducing the eSlick ebook which of course has strong support for PDF documents.
They have also partnered up with several companies so you have access to a full line of ebooks. The eSlick ebook will be priced at $259.00 and will be one of the cheaper priced ebooks on the market.
One of the most interesting products we saw at CES 2009 was the Anybots robot. You would think at CES you would see a Robot that could help around the house well the anybot is designed to help around the factory.
What anybot can do is provide tours of factories and be controlled from anyplace in the world. Our concept was that a CEO could inspect a plants operation from the other side of the planet.
Check out the demo I think you will agree with us it was a pretty cool robot and available at a very reasonable price.

I was pretty amazed at how they have accomplished this and I think you will find there new mask one of the most innovative products I have seen for divers in a long time.
As a subnote my wife is absolutely crazy about these mask. Needless to say sometimes CES cost me a few dollars once I get home as I end up buying some of the cool stuff at the show.
